Spring Garden Rotini & Asparagus Bowl
Serves 4-6
Ingredients
- 12 oz Roasted Garlic Summer Sausage, small diced
- 12 oz cooked Rotini Pasta
- 1 red pepper, diced
- ½ red onions, diced
- 1 bunch of asparagus, steamed and sliced on the bias
- 6 oz Bruschetta Mozzarella, small cubes
- 3 basil leaves, chiffonade
- ¼ cup Italian dressing of your choice
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Toss and distribute evenly into bowls.
