Spring Garden Rotini & Asparagus Bowl

Serves 4-6

 

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Roasted Garlic Summer Sausage, small diced
  • 12 oz cooked Rotini Pasta
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • ½  red onions, diced
  • 1 bunch of asparagus, steamed and sliced on the bias
  • 6 oz Bruschetta Mozzarella, small cubes
  • 3 basil leaves, chiffonade
  • ¼ cup Italian dressing of your choice

 

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Toss and distribute evenly into bowls.
