Harvest Butternut Pesto Pasta Bowl

Serves 4-6

 

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Roasted Garlic Summer Sausage, small diced
  • 1 small butternut squash, small diced and roasted
  • One bunch kale, washed and torn apart into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 oz bowtie pasta, cooked and drained according to package
  • ¼ cup prepared pesto
  • 6oz Classic Italian Cheese Blend, small cubed

 

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Toss and distribute evenly into bowls.
