Farmhouse Sunrise Egg Sandwich

Ingredients
- 6 English muffins, halved and toasted
- 12 oz. Traditional Beef Summer Sausage, thinly sliced
- 6 eggs, fried or scrambled
- 7 oz. Vermont Extra Sharp Cheddar, shredded
Instructions
- Warm sausage in a skillet or microwave.
- Add sausage, eggs, then cheese to the muffin bottoms.
- Cover with the other halves of the English muffins and serve.
