Farmhouse Sunrise Egg Sandwich

Serves 6

 

Ingredients

  • 6 English muffins, halved and toasted
  • 12 oz. Traditional Beef Summer Sausage, thinly sliced
  • 6 eggs, fried or scrambled
  • 7 oz. Vermont Extra Sharp Cheddar, shredded

 

Instructions

  1. Warm sausage in a skillet or microwave.
  2. Add sausage, eggs, then cheese to the muffin bottoms.
  3. Cover with the other halves of the English muffins and serve.
