Country Kitchen Sausage Mac & Cheese

Serves 4-6

 

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Vermont Cheddar Summer Sausage, medium diced
  • ½ cup milk of your choice
  • 1lb. Elbow  pasta, cooked according to package directions
  • 7 oz Vermont Extra Sharp Cheddar, shredded
  • 7 oz Garlic Herb White Cheddar, shredded
  • Pinch of Salt and pepper

 

Instructions

  1. Heat a medium-sized skillet on medium low heat.  Add sausage and warm until sausage releases its juices; about 5 minutes.
  2. Add milk and cook until milk is warm. Stir in the cooked pasta. When everything is warm turn off the heat and mix in the shredded cheeses.
