Country Kitchen Sausage Mac & Cheese
Serves 4-6
Ingredients
- 12 oz Vermont Cheddar Summer Sausage, medium diced
- ½ cup milk of your choice
- 1lb. Elbow pasta, cooked according to package directions
- 7 oz Vermont Extra Sharp Cheddar, shredded
- 7 oz Garlic Herb White Cheddar, shredded
- Pinch of Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Heat a medium-sized skillet on medium low heat. Add sausage and warm until sausage releases its juices; about 5 minutes.
- Add milk and cook until milk is warm. Stir in the cooked pasta. When everything is warm turn off the heat and mix in the shredded cheeses.
