Alpine Farro Casserole

Serves 4-6

 

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Roasted Garlic Summer Sausage, small diced
  • 1 pound crimini mushrooms, sliced and sauteed
  • One bunch kale, washed and torn apart into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 oz cooked farro
  • 6oz Alpine Baby Swiss, small cubed

 

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Toss and distribute evenly into a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
  2. Heat in a 350-degree oven for 30 minutes or until warm. Serve immediately.
