Alpine Farro Casserole
Serves 4-6
Ingredients
- 12 oz Roasted Garlic Summer Sausage, small diced
- 1 pound crimini mushrooms, sliced and sauteed
- One bunch kale, washed and torn apart into bite-sized pieces
- 8 oz cooked farro
- 6oz Alpine Baby Swiss, small cubed
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Toss and distribute evenly into a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
- Heat in a 350-degree oven for 30 minutes or until warm. Serve immediately.
